The Mount House team competed in pool 2 and dominated their first two matches, against Blundell's B and St Michael's, winning 8-0, and 7-0. Their third pool match was against St Peter's and was much closer. St Peter's scored first after Mount House lost control of the ball in a ruck. Later, a turnover following a tackle gave Rowan Brudenell-Bruce the chance to equalise. Mount House went through on try countback to face Blundells A.
This was another close match, in which defences were mostly dominant, but Blundell's had some bigger players who were able to crash through to take a 2-0 lead. Late in the game the hosts struck back with powerful runs and some good ball retention to send Nicky Crighton over in the corner. In the final, Plymouth College came out on top, beating Blundells A 3-2.
