VILLAGERS in Exbourne will be holding their own Trafalgar Celebrations this weekend. The 200th anniversary of the great naval battle will be marked this Saturday (September 17). Celebrations get underway with a fancy dress competition in the village hall at 5.30pm, followed by a procession to the playing field for the main event. As well as a torchlight musical procession, there will be a bonfire, ram roast, games and competitions, with refreshments and a beer tent.
