A CRAPSTONE resident has raised almost £1,400 for charity, following a challenging expedition to Everest base camp in the Himalayas. Jamie Ingle set off for the 19-day trip in aid of Cot Death Research last November, with a party of 15 people who were also raising money for their chosen charities. Jamie, who is a barman at the Burrator Inn in Dousland, presented the cheque for £1,376 to the Foundation of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome last week.
