The annual U21 sporting championship event gathers together the best regional teams from across the Atlantic area. Athletes take part in a weeklong event competing in sailing, kayaking, surfing, rowing, kite surfing and a newly added competitive sport for this year – surf life saving. It also gives the opportunity for everyone to try some of these exciting sports as there is a range of 'taster sessions' available for the public.
