THE children at Horrabridge Primary and Nursery School had a special visitor at their sports day last Friday.

Fitness fanatic Jump Start Jonny spent the entire morning at the school, working with children from nursery up to Year 6 on fitness and aerobics.

Jump Start Jonny is a fitness superstar on a global mission to get kids fit. Popular with over 100,000 children in 16 countries, his aim is to inspire future generations to be healthy and active.

Jonny, whose energetic routines are even a test to those with lots of stamina, was enthusiastically welcomed by children, staff and parents.

Following a drizzly picnic lunch, Jonny got all the children in the mood for sports day with a final whole school warm up in front of parents.

Despite some showers, everyone’s spirits remained high for the day.
