THE home side could have scored two early goals but the visiting goalkeeper made two smart saves to deny Max Burgess and Josh Birch.
St Cleer took the lead after nine minutes when a long throw-in caused havoc in the home defence and Moran volleyed home unmarked.
Horrabridge equalised five minutes later when Harry Eatons low driven corner was volleyed home at the near post by Josh Birch and minutes later they took the lead when Eaton played a defence splitting ball for Josh Birch to run on to and fire past the keeper from 13 yards.
St Cleer though did not give in and equalised 10 minutes before half time when Moran ran through unchallenged and scored from 12 yards.
Horrabridge upped their tempo in the second half and wingers Courtney Fry and Tom Wright were a constant menace to the St Cleer defence. In the 55th minute but Moran for St Cleer produced the save of the game when Oliver Cox turned his header around the post.
The home side took the lead when Eaton and Taylor Kingham linked up well to set up Max Burgess who rifled the ball into the corner of the goal from 12 yards. Minutes later they doubled their lead when the impressive Eaton beat four players before sending Burgess racing clear again and he superbly scored with a left footed shot from 18 yards.
St Cleer threw everything they had at Horrabridge but the home side who had Jack Northam and Will Glanville at the heart of the defence in top form.
The visitors did however score with minutes remaining but Horrabridge held out to earn three well deserved points. Player of the match was Harry Eaton.
