MORE than 70 members attended the ladies? annual dinner at Tavistock Golf Club last week.
During the evening, ladies? captain Wendy Hanwell presented a number of awards including the Triple Chance Trophy for the best three nett medal and extra medal scores, handicap 19-24.
The winner was Kerry Gawman with 209, second place Sue Coles 215 and third place Trudi Luke 221.
The LGU bronze medal for the best four nett differentials in LGU medals and extra medals for the year went to Nicky Gawman (-2) and the runner-up was Sue Coles (+4). The silver medal was won by
Victoria Coe (-11) and the runner-up was Maggie Hillman (+4).
The results of the Devon County Medal for the best three nett differentials from any medal played at the players? home club: Winner of the bronze medal was Nicky Gawman (-15), runner up Sue Coles (-4). The silver medal went to Victoria Coe (-16) and runner up Kerry Gawman (-6).
The evening ended with a cabaret performed by the ladies? committee.
