A WHIST drive to aid the St John Ambulance's appeal for a new ambulance will be held in Okehampton on Wednesday, September 24.
The event has been organised by Helen Cann, and is being held in the church hall, Market Street. There will be meat prizes and a grand draw, so head along next Wednesday at 7.30pm for 8pm.
Mrs Cann has previously held whist drives for the Liberal Democrats as well as a series of events for other charities this summer.
