A COLLEAGUE and I are engaged in a project to collect as much information as we can about the 119 men who died in the first world war and whose names appear on the Tavistock War Memorial.
We are finding difficulty in gathering any material about three of the men concerned. They are named on the memorial as S Bassett, J Davey and J Trick
