AS a local resident of Crediton Road, Okehampton, I am disgusted to see how West Devon Borough Council can leave the state of the pavements. There is grass two feet high growing out of them. Plastic bottles which are flattened have been in the gutter for weeks. What are we paying council tax for? Obviously not the cleaning of this road. T J Bishop Crediton Road Okehampton
