Jo Langton from Yelverton riding Chloe (pictured left) and Rachel Ware from Sampford Spiney riding Henry (pictured below) were the youngest members of the Spooners and West Dartmoor Inter Hunt relay teams at the Royal Cornwall Show last week.

l SPOONERS and West Dartmoor Pony Club mounted games team followed up their recent success in the area competition by winning the Cornish Mounted Games Championship in fine style at the Royal Cornwall Show in Wadebridge. The team of Will Scott, Lucy Scott, Rachel Watson, Emma Cole and Verity Moorhouse were consistently accurate in most of the games and romped away with the trophy by some margin. They will now be practising hard for the zone finals at Wincanton in July.
