AN exciting new local band will make their debut at the Heart of Devon Festival in Bow this weekend.
The Honey Pot, comprising drummer Wayne Fraquet from Okehampton, keyboard player and vocalist Crystal Jacqueline, guitarist and vocalist Icarus Peel and singer Iain Crawford, all from North Tawton, and Exeter bassist Tom Brown, will make their public bow at the festival in Bow on Sunday, May 5 at 7pm.
The festival in the village field runs from 2pm to 10pm, with free entry, activities, stalls, music and refreshments.
The band plays a blend of psychedelic and pop music, and their first album 'To the Edge of the World' has been recently released on Mega Dodo Records.
Icarus Peel has already released two critically acclaimed albums, while Crystal Jacqueline will have an EP released in July on the prestigious Fruits De Mer label.
