MARIE Curie Cancer Care is calling on West Devon residents to forward shuffle, grapevine and stomp to help provide free nursing care to terminally ill people at the end of their lives.
The charity is inviting clubs, associations and groups of friends to do a sponsored Daffodil Dance at any time during March 2009. Every group which takes part will not only be having fun and getting fit, they will be helping terminally ill patients spend their final days surrounded by the people they love the most.
Line dancing star Chrissie Hodgson has choreographed two dance routines especially for the charity. One is for beginners and one is for those at an intermediate level.
