FOR those who have always wondered what it would be like to travel to Cuba, Okehampton Quakers will be hosting an evening talk and film show given by two Devon residents who have recently been.

Ruth Homer from Newton Abbot, and Alan Ray-Jones from Tavistock, travelled to Cuba and visited Quakers living there.

The Cuban evening will take place on Friday, March 18, 7.30pm at Castle Ham Lodge on Castle Road. The evening is free, refreshments will be available.

Okehampton Quaker meeting has recently moved to Castle Ham Lodge where they hold Sunday Meetings for worship at 10.30am. All ages are welcome. Children and young people's meetings are held on the second Sunday of the month. For information call Rachel Chamness on 01837 861219.
