I KNOW I am repeating what John Follett from Tavistock Town FC has already stated (Letters, October 16) but it is still happening.
Crowndale is an area of recreation for the children of our town. We are surrounded by moorland. Why does anyone have to walk their dog on the pitches at Crowndale?
I had to clear up dog mess from the middle of a mini soccer pitch on Saturday, drive to a place where it could be suitably dumped, disinfect my hands and return to get the pitch marked and erect the goals. Give us a break!
Crowndale is not a large dog toilet. Please stop walking dogs at Crowndale or at the very least pick up the mess.
