YEAR three pupils from St Andrew's Primary School, in the village of Buckland Monachorum, visited Buckland Abbey recently to take part in a felting project.

The project was run by Claire Packer from the Wet Felting Company on behalf of the National Trust and the People's Postcode Lottery.

Buckland Abbey has recently had a Rembrandt painting added to its collection and the children created felt pictures of the painting which will be displayed at the Abbey as part of the project.
