OKEHAMPTON Columbines hockey team and Teignmouth started a fast and furious game with the visitors scoring within the first couple of minutes.
Columbines retaliated with a well taken penalty corner from which Sue Stanbury powered home an equaliser.
The game settled, but from an unfortunate deflection Teignmouth scored again.
In the second half, despite rigorous defending by Jud Grant and Rene Brown, Teignmouth increased their score by two goals.
This week Okehampton play Exeter 3rd at home 1pm.
