TAVISTOCK Athletic Club invites members of all local sports clubs to the Track at Tavistock College to improve their fitness and speed.
There will be four training sessions of an hour starting on Monday, August 8 at 7pm with further sessions on August 15 and 22 and September 5.
Head coach Dotty Allan, will be taking those who want to improve their endurance and Keith Bowles will be helping those who want to improve their sprinting.
Running technique will be a key issue, and repetitions will feature with the idea that the training that runners do can benefit those doing other sports.
Each session costs £2.50 per person or £8 for all four. Booking is necessary.
