OKEHAMPTON Medical Centre has arranged an extra flu jab clinic on Saturday, December 13.

Patients over the age of 65 are all eligible for a free flu vaccination on the NHS.

The centre is encouraging all patients under the age of 65 with chronic illnesses such as heart failure, diabetes and respiratory problems, or have a suppressed immune system to arrange a vaccination.

Vaccines are also available for carers.

All appointments must be booked in advance.
