THE Two Moors Festival features a full week of classical concerts at diverse locations.
The event is presented by Cartwheel — the farmer-led company that promotes farm tourism in the Westcountry. The aim is to bring together the local community and inspire everyone to move forward to a brighter future.
Some of the country's top musicians will be visiting the South West to perform in these events in some of the area's most beautiful churches.
This major new festival from October 19-28 has come about as a result of the devastation caused by foot and mouth.
Fourteen classical concerts will take place in selected village churches — and there is a celebrity feel to the choice of music presented.
Many talented performers have been attracted by this festival , including Emma Kirkby, Prunella Scales, Timothy West and Harvey and Helen Davies.
The concert venues range from Dunster, Dulverton, South Molton, Tiverton and Ashburton.
