THE Friends of All Saints Church have again hosted the annual visit of The Two Moors Festival which took place last week.
The two-day event saw a range of musical content and style perform six concerts, including Brazilian guitars, a classical piano trio, and a jazz trio and an opera night.
Refreshments were supplied throughout the morning, afternoon and evening performances.
Vice-chairman of the Friends of All Saints Church, George Ware, said: 'The money taken contributes to the funds which The Friends' of All Saints Church endeavour to raise in its remit to improve and preserve the fabric of the church.
'We don't yet know how much was raised because we are still counting.
'It was a wonderful event and we received many complimentary comments on how enjoyable people feel about coming to concerts at the church.
'The performers and organisers particularly appreciate the wonderful acoustics and sense of occasion within the church.
'We look forward to next year's visit, knowing that we will have a wonderful time.'
