I OFTEN wonder when passing the Lidl store opposite Bishopsmead how few drivers, who want to access the store when travelling out of the town, position their car against the white line, as stated in the Highway Code so enabling cars who want to go towards Plymouth can pass on the left hand side.
I invariably see a driver stopped in the middle of the Plymouth-bound carriageway, holding up a long stream behind them, which must cause frustration at times.
