ONE brave chef cooked up a storm at Shebbear College recently with a wacky fundraiser.

Head chef Mitch Kingsland dared to have his chest waxed during morning break to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society.

Amidst much cheering from pupils and staff, the stunt raised over £100 for the charity.

Mitch has exceeded his personal target of £700 towards his forthcoming Alzheimer's Society Lake District Four Peaks Challenge, which starts on June 26.
