WALKERS who this summer took part in the gruelling Dartmoor Challenge, a 33.5 mile moorland walk, have raised a magnificent sum for charity.

The final total from the two-day walk was £9,076.24, which was presented to representatives of the Devon and Cornwall branch of the Cancer and Leukaemia in Childhood (CLIC) charity at the Prince of Wales pub in Princetown recently.
