THERE was glorious weather on Sunday when Chagford outdoor pool celebrated its 85th birthday.

Everyone came together to enjoy live music, tea and cake and, of course, a cooling dip in the pool. The afternoon raised more than £600 towards the maintenance of the pool, which has been a particular asset to the community in the recent hot weather.
