STAFF from a West Devon bank are celebrating this week after their customer service has been voted the best in the country. Staff at NatWest's Chagford branch are celebrating their success in a national, customer driven, competition which has recognised their delivery of outstanding customer service. The branch has beaten off strong competition from NatWest branches throughout the country to gain a Platinum Award, an award given to branches that deliver a high quality service across a range of customer needs. Julie Jeffery, from the Chagford branch, said: 'When you work so hard as a team to deliver a quality service, it's great to receive a national award from the bank. But it means so much more because it is our customers' comments that have put the branch in the top spot.'
