INSPIRED by a fascinating talk given by Henry Guly, chairman of the Tavistock Branch of the Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team, to the group last autumn, Yelverton Ladies' Open Group named the organisation as its charity for the year 2012/2013.

The open group chose to support the charity for the invaluable work it undertakes in saving lives through finding missing and injured people lost on Dartmoor and the surrounding area.
