WHEN Bere Alston Carnival Committee set the theme for this year's event they wanted everyone to release the child in them. 'Toys and Games' was the theme and young, old and everyone in between rose to the challenge. The grand parade took place on Saturday but there were events throughout the weekend which were all blessed with lovely sunny weather.
