A RESIDENTIAL project in Chagford has been shortlisted for a prestigious property award.
The gardens has been shortlisted for the award residential project of the year 40 units and under.
Based in the Dartmoor National Park, the Stannary Gardens development is set in the heart of Chagford offering six two-bedroom apartments and nine three and four-bedroom homes.
Each property, developed by company Blue Cedar Homes, is individually designed for the over 55’s market and can be easily adapted for increased accessibility in the future.

Now in their fifteenth year, the annual awards showcase and celebrate the best of the South West’s property and construction industry.
The winners will be announced at an awards dinner on Thursday, June 15 at the University of Exeter and will be presented by comedian and actor Marcus Brigstocke.
