WEST Devon winners of the Devon Open Studios art bursaries recently met with a representative of the event's supporting company, who offered his congratulations.
Adrian Innocent, marketing manager of Helpful Holidays, met the five winners of the Devon Open Studios' 'Emerging Artist' bursaries at Lee Wood Small Holding — a centre linking people with the land through art.
The winning artists' work, who include printmaker Fi Smart from Yelverton and ceramicist Stephan Bennett from Okehampton, covers many disciplines.
Adrian Innocent said: 'We are absolutely delighted to be supporting this bursary for the second year.
'We, at Helpful Holidays, are always interested in supporting local creative talent, having worked closely with the Devon Artist Network which organises the event and is very supportive of what we do.'
Devon Open Studios is the largest annual arts event in the country, where artists open their studios across Devon during 16 days in September.
This year the event takes place between September 8 and 23.
