EVEN the relentless clearing up by the DP squad is having no affect on dog owners' consciences in Tavistock with the junction of Pym Street and Market Street being hit everyday by an appalling and unnecessary amount. Parkwood Road is slipping back to its old ways and is again having dog mess left along the pavement!

Please can someone set up CCTV and get these people brought to justice?
