THE Bishop of Exeter will be at St Peter's Juniors in Tavistock this month to open a new wing at the school.

The partial rebuild includes three large new classrooms, a community room, a small tutorial room, new entrance, foyer and toilets, and cost more than £1.5-million.

Bishop Michael will officially open the new wing on Monday March 12 and bless the classrooms in front of the schoolchildren.

There is then a welcome to anyone who would like to see the new rooms between 3.45pm and 6pm.
