SATURDAY March 11 saw the first Equestrian and Veterinary Fair organised by the local Eqwest Equine Veterinary Clinic. I found this an excellent fair, staged at Duchy College. The many stalls produced an excellent variety of needs and advice for horse owners attending. There were two lecture areas which answered the many questions in people?s minds, ranging from laminitis, injuries and general care of horses to name but three. Riding displays also attracted a great deal of interest and were professionally performed. People came from some distance and were suitably impressed, so make a note in your diaries for next year and make it an event not to be missed. D G Shute Wimborne Minster Dorset
