INCIDENTS of car badges being ripped off vehicles in Callington are continuing, police reported this week. The latest in a spate of these crimes occurred overnight on January 6/7 when a badge was stolen from a Peugeot 206 at Inney Close. Five incidents were reported over the Christmas period and police believe youngsters are responsible. A police spokesperson urged anyone who has information, particularly parents of children who have started collecting car badges, to contact Callington Police Station on 08452 777444. l GRAFFITI has been appearing on property in the Liskeard Road area of Callington with vehicles, houses, fences, walls and road signs being targetted. Callington police are appealing for information on the 15-20 incidents which occurred during January 4 to 8 at Westover Road, the Village Collection and Liskeard Road. The words DELTA and/or TANGO were written together with various symbols. Anyone who can help should call police on 08452 777444.
