I?D like to say I?m becoming ashamed of living in an area that seems to be so anti the environment. We do have a beautiful landscape, all the more reason for forms of renewable energy that aren?t going to pollute and eventually destroy it. And may I ask why there is a whole organisation against proposed wind turbines but people seem willing to have our landscape carved up by a relief road because it?ll mean we can get there quicker. It will serve to get the pollution straight to where it?s going to do the most damage. By all means oppose energy schemes if they are inefficient, in the wrong place or non-renewable, but for all of our sakes put your time and money into finding alternatives rather than rubbishing those who?ve been brave enough to try.
