WITH reference to your article 'Bus Service Saved' (Times, January 18). The response from your article generated approximately 40 additional passenger journeys in January and February (a very successful pilot study!). So we are happy to announce the success of the trial secured additional funding to run both buses for five days a week.
The service is for people in our area who have difficulty accessing public transport. The bus will pick you up at your home and drop you off to do your shopping in Tavistock, meet friends, keep appointments etc and return you home within two hours approximately.
