THE annual lessons and carol service was held at Tamar Valley Methodist Church on Sunday, December 23.

The service, which was well attended, was conducted by the Rev Martyn Smith, superintendent minister. Organist was Joan Bose.

The lessons were read by members of the congregation: John Snell,Wendy Dore, Gundula Luke, Bet Kendall, and Jeff Hearn.

Following the service, a tea of seasonal refreshments was served in the adjoining hall.

The collection was this year donated to ShelterBox.
