A WEST Devon woman is hopping on her bike tomorrow (Friday) to cycle 100-miles — without leaving Tavistock.

Annie Jefferies will be in Bedford Square from 9.30am to 4pm, on a stationary bike where she aims to cycle 100-miles, to raise money for the Devon Historic Churches Trust.

The event is ahead of a real sponsored cycle ride next month from Lamerton to Exeter Cathedral, also raising money for the charity.

Anyone who would like to support Annie can do so by cheering her on in the square and giving sponsorship — or even signing up to join her on the ride on September 8.
