AN Agatha Christie classic is the latest choice for Belstone Players. The play, And Then There Were None, is set on an island somewhere off the coast of Devon. Ten guests arrive, each responding to a mysterious invitation, only to find that they are cut off from the mainland, as an unknown killer begins to pick them off — one by one. The play has drama, suspense, dark secrets, madness — and an early night for many of the cast, all followed by the trademark twist in the tail. It is suitable for ages ranging from 10 to 90-plus! Performances take place in Belstone Village Hall at 7.30pm on November 17, 18, 24 and 25November. Tickets, £5 each, from Marion Walpole on 01837 840 498.
