TAVISTOCK began full of confidence. Play went from end to end but the defence of Emma Hyde, Vanessa Davey and Sophie Bassett cleared every attack.

Becks Rose took on the Lipson defence and slotted the ball into the net. Shortly after Rose again broke through and passed to Robyn Hammond who slid the ball past the keeper. Another goal came shortly before half-time when a cross from Rose was met by a great volley from Hammond.

TAVISTOCK were at their best and goals were scored by every player with Megan Blackmore and Joy Page getting their first for the club.

Lipson struggled but bravely carried on fighting till the final whistle.

Goals came from Kim Davey (7), Robynne Honey (5), Tamsin Bryant (3). Chloe Bassett (3), Heidi Davies (2), Clarice Payne (2), Amy Campbell, Sarah Barrett, Joy Page, Megan Blackmore.

TAVISTOCK?S Della Maloney in goal was called upon to make some tremendous saves.

Holly Crotke and Aisha Macauley battled to get moves going but Rhianne Parsons was unable to break through a well organised defence.

It took a corner and unfortunate own goal that scored Callington?s goal. A penalty against Tavistock saw Maloney pull off a diving save.
