CALLINGTON Portreeve's charity event held in Callington Town Hall recently was a great success.

The day saw many different stalls including bric-a-brac, raffles and tombolas all raising funds for good causes.

Portreeve Denise Winfindale said: 'It is always good to see the community spirit that is always there when the town holds such events.'
