THE newly formed West Devon Citizens Advice Bureau is appealing for volunteers willing to give up their time to help people with housing and debt problems.
The West Devon CAB was formed recently when the Tavistock and Okehampton organisations merged. Volunteer advisers are needed in both branches.
Jill Hemmings, a trustee, said: 'It's an ideal time to think about making a new year's resolution — why not give up a few hours a week to help out people in debt or housing difficulties?
'It can be a really interesting and rewarding role.'
