THE Acoustic Café, Tavistock's popular monthly live music charity event will this Saturday see an eclectic mix of musical genre all in an acoustic setting and featuring local musicians.

Money raised from this month's Acoustic Café will go to Rapid UK (Rescue and Preparedness in Disaster).

Rapid UK are currently awaiting the green light from the Japanese Embassy to go and help with the rescue and support mission on the coast of Japan, following the recent devastating events.

Home-cooked food will be on offer and diners are welcome to bring their own wine or beer to accompany their meal.

The Acoustic Café will take place at the Parish Church Centre at 7.30pm this Saturday. Admission is £5 and £3 for children.
