FIREFIGHTERS from Okehampton were called to a report of a road traffic collision last Wednesday (January 8) on the B3260 at Sticklepath.

Two crews attended at 4.20pm and found one overturned car with one person trapped inside.

The person was released by the firefighters using small tools, and taken to hospital by ambulance staff.

The vehicle was stabilised by firefighters.
