THE proprietor of a new business is 'over the moon' at winning two prizes at this year's Taste of the West Awards.
Hobb's House of Horsebridge, a small family business, was established last year and did its first trade in Tavistock Pannier Market on November 1, 2013.
Barely a year later, Hobb's House of Horsebridge was delighted to receive a gold for its blackcurrant preserve and winning the sweet preserve category.
Rachel Hobbs said: 'We were delighted at not just getting gold but winning the category. We were over the moon earlier in the year to win an award at the World Marmalade Championships but now to take a prestigious award at Taste of the West is just fantastic.'
