The acclaimed comedy group the Black Sheep currently on tour with their wine-tasting-clown-show The Joy of Wine, comes to the Plough in Torrington on December 1. This offbeat hour of character comedy, sees the Rev Andrew Jones on a mission to convert lager-swilling luddites to the drink of kings. Ably assisted by idiot-savant wine taster Ciaran Murtagh, the Reverend will change the way you feel about wine. The Black Sheep was formed in 2000 by Ciaran Murtagh and Andrew Jones, after early collaborations at the Central School of Speech and Drama and later in sketch company Ubersausage.
