A BOAT trip along the peaceful river Lynher is the latest event to be organised by the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The three-hour trip aboard a gaff-rigged South West sailing boat will take people along this deserted tributary which was once a busy waterway. Sailing will take place between September 16 and 20 with dates and times according to the tides. Cost is £20 per person.
