VISITORS to a garden party in Bere Ferrers were blessed with beautiful weather and the sound of ukuleles while enjoying teas and cakes and raising money for village church funds.
Rabbits were on show at the garden party at Alpine House, where visitors were able to guess the weight of a lop-eared rabbit, as well as browse various stalls. Children took part in a make a mobile activity.
Entertainment was provided by the Bere Ukes (pictured), who played a medley of songs, followed by background music by Paul's Disco.
The garden party was to raise money for St Andrew's Church, and £271.50 was collected on the day. Organisers Margaret and Alan Willmott expressed thanks to all who helped throughout the event.
