A FUNDRAISING walk in aid of the British Heart Foundation which is due to take place this weekend has had to have its route changed due to the recent bad weather.

The walk was to have been from Fourwinds, Rundlestone, Princetown, to High Down, Lydford.

However, because the weather has been so wet the moors are waterlogged, as a safety precaution organisers have decided on a circular route of ten miles instead, starting and finishing at Fourwinds.

Dartmoor guide Simon Dell is leading the walk and organisers hope that lots of people will join in.
