UPDATE: Plymouth Road is now clear and police have left the scene. One casualty taken to hospital with a possible broken leg.POLICE are advising motorists to avoid a section of Plymouth Road in Tavistock after a car was in collision with a pedestrian at around 2.45pm today (Thursday).

Police are currently on scene at a pedestrian crossing by Texaco Garage and the patient is said to be ‘conscious and breathing’.
